Where We Ship 

We currently ship to all 48 continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional charges.

How We Ship

Orders are shipped primarily via FedEx Ground or freight carriers depending on the size and weight of the items.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes begin after processing is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 1–5 business days*
• Freight / Oversized Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days*

* Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to backordered items, manufacturer delays, carrier delays, and weather conditions.

Hospital Beds, Stretchers, Equipment & Custom Kits

Hospital beds, stretchers, select medical equipment, and custom-built kits may require additional processing and delivery time due to their size, configuration, and/or assembly requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Product size, weight, and quantity
• Delivery location
• Type of delivery (standard, freight, liftgate, etc.)

Freight & Delivery Services

For large or heavy items:

• Standard Freight (Tailgate Delivery): Customer is responsible for unloading
• Liftgate Service: Lowers items to the ground if no loading dock is available
• Inside Delivery: Available for an additional charge

Additional services such as white glove delivery or installation may be available upon request.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information once shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear or contact us directly.

Delays

Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please verify all shipping details before placing your order.
